Title: Newbie Requiring Help!

Hi all,

I'm looking to get me a MKV GTi & have seen one that seems to fit the bill nicely, though the seller has said the front wipers dont work.  Having had a look around, I reckon it's probably the wiper motor.  If so, what should I expect this to cost to fix?  Either just buying the part, or having VW do it?

personally id buy the part from a scrappy and fit it myself, or get the part from a scrappy and get a garage to do it.
