Title: White paint

Basically, my rear window has some white sort of piant a splodge what is the best possible way to remove this. Does the rear window come out ? Is this a long process ?

If it's just on the glass it should be possible to get this off either with an appropriate solvent or using a sharp blade (eg Stanley knife blade).

Its underneath the glass on the body ?
