sorry if this has been asked before but has anyone fiited an evoms air intake to there edition 30 and if they have are they worth buying im looking for a bit of air sound and bit more respone on the throttle?
-
They are :happy2:
Try YouTube to see how they sound
-
If it's sound and response your after, then the Evoms will be perfect. The Revo is very good as well but more expensive.
-
Cheers for the feed back, do you know where I could buy one from?

not an edition 30, but fitted a revo to my gti on saturday, don't have any comparisons, but on first impressions, sounds great!
-
Have to agree revo intake 100% as long as funds are available :driver:

I have forge twintake sounds really good amazing kit
-
I have a twintake on my edition with hybrid itg filters and IT sounds even better, changed it more for flow tho as it was proved when loggin the carbon forge canistors were terrible above 280hp

I'm thinking of improving my airflow and going for a Stage 1 remap. Are there any induction kits that don't require cutting or replacing of the standard engine cover?
If not would a Stage 1 be worth it with a replacement Pipercross or K&N filter?
Car is 2008 GTI TFSI
