Title: windscreen washers and rear wiper won't work

Windscreen wipers working but not the washer jets and rear wiper has stopped working completely also iv just picked the car up from getting the timing belt replaced garage is claiming that there not at fault but they were all 100%  working when car was dropped off
if hade a look and no power getting to water bottle pump but fuese are all OK any ideas would be most helpful thanks
