Title: ABS, TRACTION CONTROL & TYRE PRESSURE LIGHT ON DASHBOARD

I own a mk 5 gti. these lights have appeared on my dash board yest but cant get it into garage til tomorrow. anyone had this problem before and can shed any light on the problem?

you would need to get it scanned with vcds to see what the faults are. have you disconnected the battery recently?

not recently but we changed rear brake pads and calipers few weeks ago if thats anything to do with it?

Hey, iv just had this fixed. I got a g44 fault code which was a corroded abs sensor ring. Had to replace the whole rear hub which fixed problem! Vw don't so any good will on this code btw as I phoned them to find out.

ive just had a diagnostic done: 00287 ABS wheel speed sensor rear right G44 electrical problem in circuit.

Same thing happened to me. Changed both rear bearings and sensors while I was there. The rings on the back of the bearing were kaput. Easy enough to do, you'll need an m18 spline socket and a basic tool kit. There's also 2 options on rear bearing size. Most common are 30mm. Obviously you'll need to scan it for fault codes first, but my money is on the bearings. Also you'll need to torque the bearings back up to the correct  setting
