I think if the inline thermostat has gone it will eventually reach 90 degrees but very slowly and it should stay there.Well it gets to 90 after a while doesn't drop massively tho I'm sure there was a thread I see on here the other week explaining that you can use the climate controls to work out temperatures etc I don't wanna have to pay out for the main one when it might not be

If it also takes ages to get there/warm up then your inline stats (actually referred to as regulators) are shot too.
I've replaced both (at separate times) and it was only doing both that fixed all the issues.

Got ours done under approved used warranty, but I think it was north of 200 quid mark iirc. I think its about a 4 hour job!Wow didn't know thermostats cost so much now days :confused: oh well if needs must

Mine has approved warranty too and the main stat seems to have gone. Best get it booked in eh.

£230 for a thermostat!! Jesus.. I think mine is gone / going too but didn't expect this much.

I know, its a shocker! Its the labour that's a killer, the parts only about £30.
