Just been talking to me dad, was asking about the car I just bought (Golf GTi with DSG box)
He was asking about what if I break down and need to be towed can it? With it being the DSG box

Just stick it in neutral I'm guessing

I would have thought neutral as well since the box should be completely disengaged?

I just had a look because this got me wondering about towing autos in general.
What they say is you can tow the vehicle in neutral however anything more than 30 miles the front wheels should be lifted because the turning of the components can build too much heat and damage parts of the gearbox.
