Title: Cam chain rattle

Went to a vw specialist today and got the dreaded cam chain rattle..He said it will all need replacing and cost £1000 not having much luck with this eddie it already needs a new flywheel and I have only owned it for a month..bought it from a from a dealer and had a load of trouble with them. I am thinking about rejecting the car.

If you've stuck a remap on it, then your find it hard to just hand back unfortunately.

Its a independent place mate and also the place said they can take off the map for me

What does this rattle actually sound like and when can it be heard?
I get a funny clicky screech occasionally on start up!
