How far in advance of your renewal date did you get your PIN number?

Ours is due for renewal on the 4th March and nothing has arrived in the post yet.

I usually get mine a month to two weeks before but not sure of the protocol since paper tax disc were discontinued and new system in place Also tax is renewed at the start of the month so maybe your reading something wrong

My tax expires end of this month, had the reminder letter end of January. When I did it online, you can use the reference number on the renewel letter or the V5C form number (16 digit one, I think).

Sorry it's due on the 28th Feb.

I called the DVLA and hilariously the car we've owned since 2008 was recorded as sold to the trade in 2009. Nice lady is urgently trying to have me reinstated as the owner on the v5 so I can tax it.
