Title: Martins VW Basingstoke

Hi All,

I have noticed some bubbling and rust on the passenger wing and plan to take it to Martins VW Basingstoke to sort out as part of the rust guarantee.

I just wanted to ask if anybody else has used them for this service? If so, did they face any resistance?

Also what information/back up do I need to know about the rust guarantee?

The previous owner to my car used them on the nearside wing and according to the paper work it was replaced under warranty with no charges. This was back in Oct 2014 so hopefully they are still honouring it.

Cheers mate - I just spoke to them, going to try and get the inspection done some point this week.

Took mine to my local dealers on Monday. Inspection didnt take long. Just waiting for VWUK to make their minds up on repairs now. Good luck chap
