Title: Best way to clean a ITG filter

Hey guys just wondering what the best way is to clean a ITG filter. I have some ITG filter oil but was told it is no good and not to use it. Would petrol be a good cleaning solution?

Get a cleaning kit... comes with cleaner and oil.
