Title: Oil leak help!!!

Guys, my gt tdi sport 2007 has developed a bad oil leak which is coming out of the top of the filter housing where the cap screws in. It's had a new seal and is torqued up correctly but as soon as the engine is run it starts leaking out at one single point. Any ideas? Would a new cap sort it?

Yes item 2 is common to be over torqued
