Title: Sat Nav RNS 510 problem 2010 MK6 GTD

Right Guys. I am new to the forum and hoping someone can help me with. I purchased a MKVI Golf GTD with RNS 510 sat nav unit. The problem I am having is that I can not change the language and also there is no sound. I took it to dealers and they said the unit was "stolen" or "fitted afterwards". Didn't really give me a straight answer however did charge me.  Now I have parrot Bluetooth fitted in my car and the sound works perfect through that. I can use all the aspects of the unit but will not let me change the language and has no sound.  Any ideas will be most appreciated.

You might need it coed properly to your car. Where are you based?

Im In leeds mate
