Title: Golf GT front bumper the same as GTi??

Hi,

Just a quick question to ask whether a (57) Golf GT front bumper is the same as a GTi?
I know the grills are all different and the lower spoiler is different but guessing they're all interchangable......?

The reason for asking is I have the chance to buy a GT front bumper reasonably cheaply with the intention of getting it painted and swapping it with the GTi bumper (that requires paint) that's on my wife's Golf at the moment.
If both bumpers are the same, it will save the car being off the road whilst the current bumper is removed and painted.....

Yes it is and everything is interchangeable.
Jetta is not however - Foglight grills are different.

Thanks for that, I was 99% sure it was but when I asked the seller why he removed it he said he swapped it for a GTi bumper!  :grin:
I thought, have I got this wrong??  :scared:
