hi folks. im having a bit of mare!

I had clicking from behind the dash so took out the motors to investigate. No faults were in the system.
Since taking apart and putting back together clicking has stopped but now I have a persistent 01274 (V71) fault code which wont clear even after applying basic settings with vagcom.
Weird thing is motor works fine when not attached to flap and I can even clear the fault when not attached to the flap with basic settings but as soon as I attach it back to the flap the fault comes back.
Any suggestions please?

after taking a lot of messing about I got it working. somehow the motors were out of sync with each other even after using the vagcom basic settings. in the end I had to connect the connectors onto the motors after the flaps were and the car and in a certain position. My fault for not noting the positions of the flaps and motors when taking apart. They have to go back in a certain order even after using basic settings.
