Title: Help gearbox oil leak
Post by: Norfolk boy on March 25, 2015, 09:08:09 pm
After having car only 1 week it had developed a oil leak from the gearbox & it's dripping on my drive. I think it may be from the n/s driveshaft seal. I'm hoping to inspect it on a ramp at work tomorrow. If it is the driveshaft seal how do I remove the flange from the gearbox that the shaft bolts onto? Any help would be great.
Other than this 1 fault it drives fantastic & I love it!

All fixed today turned out to be the big rubber bung in the gearbox was just old & leaking.
A new one fitted & oil topped up, Happy day's!
