I've been under the car several time inspecting pipes cannot see any leaks the noise I'm hearing is a loud hisss not turbo nice I can her that through the induction the hiss sounds like it's coming from the driver side but cannot seem to locate it ! I assume it's a big boost leak but trying to replicate the noise whilst on ramp is bear impossible any suggestions ??

The car has brand new pcv and diverter fitted
-
It should be making more than .5bar. Somthing much be leaking
-
I no I have no way of replicating boost when I'm driving it's very loud but when at stand till its not

Check intercooler pipe work. Mines all greasy around the joins. Your rubber seals could of perished? Or a hole from a stone being flicked up.
-
i had the same problem but was the DV but you say yours has been changed
when was it changes also did you do it yourself
-
Looks for oily/greasy residue on the pipework, which will indicate a leak nearby. Remove said pipework and inspect it closely, the rubber pipes especially as they could have a split which will only open up under boost
-
Dv was changed last week along with pcv and made no difference atall was done by a garage also I couldn't see any kind of oil over any pipes atall to be fair
-
Cracks in the turbo housing have been known on K03 turbo engines. That really is worst case though - I hope its just a split pipe for you

When we fitted the intercooler on my mk6 the o-ring didnt go back in properly where the hard pipe connects to the silicone pipe on the drivers side, and that gave the same issues as what you've described, might be worth checking?

^^I second that. When I fitted a new intercooler on my MK5 the o-ring moved as a pushed the pipe in and gave a loud hissing noise, definitely worth checking intercooler pipework for leaks.

Ah ok ut has had the pipes changed to blue ones so maybe this could be the cause .. when you say Oring the ones which sit around the cooler pipes and drop down into a Grove on the metal pipe ?
-
Mine have been changed for blue ones, yes the o-ring is the one that sits in the grove on the metal connector, also check that the hose clips used to tighten the silicone pipes onto the metal connector are tight too! If I remember correctly forge recommend tightening all hose clips are so many miles (500 I think) as they will loosen slightly as they bed in.

Just checked all orings seated correctly ! So annoying I have no got a boost leak tester the kind you attach to intake can someone please advice me on correct way to use this ?
-
Have you checked the Revo settings yet? Have you logged with VCDS to check specified vs. actual?
-
Have you checked the hose clips fastening the pipes to the metal adapters are tight?
