Title: New member advice
Post by: gaz-gti on April 03, 2015, 08:24:54 am
Hi all, I'm a new member wanting a bit advice. Had my 2006 mk5 gti DSG for a while now but it's time to get cracking and restore / make it my own. I've got some eibach sport line springs which I'm getting fitted in the next week or so but really the exterior needs sorting 1st.........starting with the wings which are horrendous!! VW are reluctant to replace one as the drives side is an after market wing (I think it's had a slight miss hap during its time with a previous owner  :surprised:). Next I need to improve the headlights as they look cloudy from the years driving, are there any good cleaners / polishes to restore the headlight screen or is it just worth buying 2 new ones??

I'm a newbie too and have only had my mk5 gti for only a few weeks.

I'm also in desperate need of headlight cleaners/restorers.

Help!!!
