I have lost a horseshoe clip for my dump valve rung a lot of people that stock forge parts and every single one of them said i have to buy a new kit i really couldn't believe that !!! as this kit is just over £200

Called forge UK and absolutely fantastic service identified the bit i needed and posting it FREE for tomorrows delivery WOW that is what you call outstanding service FORGE THANK YOU!

Seconded here  :happy2: I mailed them for stub pipe details for a DV relocation on a Twintake.  They immediately responded and sent it next day, service really was excellent.   :happy2:

Ive had the same experience with replacing parts and there customer service is brillant. I even offered to pay for the replacement part and John just said not to worry about it. Can't fault them

Also offered to pay and the person on phone said don't worry about it ill send it first class straight away  :happy2: extremely pleased about the service

Same here, great customer service.

I've had a few replacement parts over the years, little bit and pieces and there always very quick to help

I've always had amazing customer service from them, they're not cheap but are a great company to do business with.
