Title: golf gti stutter HELP!

So aye have a mk5  golf gti 58 plate with 65k on it, and over the last couple months the car has created a problem and aye have tried everything to fix it! So when you full throttle the car it sometimes stutters before taking off, it happens in every gear when hot or cold and aye can't find the problem. Aye put a pcv delete kit on the car because the Standard one leaked and was creating a boost leak, but that didn't solve the problem Av also changed spark plugs coil packs and the diverters valve and still nothing the car still stutters under heavy load, anyone experienced this and if so how do aye fix it. Have the car scanned for faults at a local specialist.

So would this show up a fault even though there is no lights on the dash?
