Title: Installing a rcd510

Hi I'm going to install an RCD 510 in my 2007 edition 30 but I want to know if there are any additional airels/antennas I need to install. My car has the iPod media in the armrest and want to know if this will work as my car currently has an RCD 310 installed but the iPod doesn't seem to work musically but does power up the iPod.

If you have the RCD310 then the antenna adaptor shouldn't be needed. If you're going for the DAB version of the RCD510 then you will need a DAB aerial either windscreen one or the best options are the VW sharkfin aerial or the VW Polo aerial
