Title: I've just had a K&N induction kit fitted

...but the plastic cover has had to be sacrificed to allow for the fitting. I know I can't see it, but can the cover be altered for it to be re-fitted?

You mean the engine cover? Yes, that can be modified to fit over an induction kit or you can fit a Audi TTS engine cover instead. Do a search for MC71's Red Mistress in the Members Rides to get part numbers for the TTS cover.
