Title: whining fuel pump.
Post by: Janner_Sy on December 03, 2009, 07:24:00 pm: i have noticed a whine coming from the area from under the rear seats. im presuming its the fuel pump. is this normal.

never noticed it before. I have once in the past had a fault logged on the car saying something along the lines fthe LP pump not giving enough fuel, but it never happened again.

anyone any ideas on if it would be expensive and a big job to replace.

Had a fault code a month back about the pump but we cleared it and nothing came back from it.

when was the recall?

Yours might have one too?
