Hi looking for some  advice on what I'll need or what is best for the rcd310 radio iv fitted in a mk5 golf, looking for an Bluetooth/heads free kit to fit in the car. What's the best kit for the job?

I had a parrot kit in mine for years. Cheap too.iv just upgraded to vw Bluetooth
