Title: revving issue

hi
having a weird issue with my car, when i change gear the revs creep up 500rpm it has been happening for the last 2 weeks, i have smoke tested my car for air leaks with no fault checked for codes none present changed my clutch pedal position sensor and still joy, and just noticed my cruise control has stopped working so a assume that there related.

has anyone else experienced a fault like this?

what application did you use yto check for faults? a lot of aftermarket apps are crap and don't show actual stored faults. you'll ideally need vagcom.

also forgot to mention when revving at idle it is completely fine
