Title: new owner...new engine...but which one???

Hi , just after a bit advice from all you guys in the know, I've recently bought a non running mk 5 Fri, dsg, it's engine code is axx but I've heard the byd is the better of the two, just wondered if it's a direct swap or are there any issues to consider...thanks lads.

In this order:

CDL,BYD/BWJ, BWA, AXX  :happy2:

The first 3 are K04 turbo engines  :happy2:

CDL's seem to be the best of the bunch, so worth holding out for if you can :)
