Anyone have any issues when they changed from a pancake throttle body pipe to an updated one like neuspeed, BSH, revo etc with it hitting the radiator fan, I need another 5mm and can seem to get it in the crash panel, biggest problem is The oem pipe is on a mate K04 conversion now as it took me 3months to finish my engine bay
I have a THS intercooler, forge radiator also upgraded at same time.

Doesn't suprise me at all with the upgraded Intercooler as it moves everything further back in to the bay. I don't think i would get the upgraded throttle pipe in the gap left in my engine bay either

The radiator is a good 10mm thick core also :(

I've a passat TFSi so measured a the radiator fan to what looks like a heater matrix it measures 95mm on passat and only 55mm on the s3 and I can't see the intercooler at 60mm core, 10mm gap, radiator 45mm core pushing this back 40mm so the S3 must have a tight engine bay
