The aerial base on my edition 30 has gone white, and a new one is required. Does anyone know how to remove this?

I have one in the classifieds section if that helps, good as new. I changed it for the DAB version hence sale.
To change it you need to drop the headlining at the rear this is done by removing the trim strip that runs across the rear hatch area, then the C pillar trims and the rear grab handles, the headlining will come down just enough to get in there with a spanner onto the nut (21mm iirc? then there are 2 wiring connectors to unclip

Replaced mine when adding the DAB aerial . Only had to remove the outer cover and rear roofline section No C pillar plastic needed removing even when placing the cable behind. Long arms needed to stop the base spinning when turning the nut between lining and roof skin
