Title: ED30/Pirelli Factory Standard Bits
Post by: ocrory on June 04, 2015, 09:52:54 am
I'm on the hunt for an Eddie or a Pirelli and was wondering what are the standard bits that come with the car from the factory...toolkit, handbook, number of keys etc. Not referring to spec here, only after the little details...

Just trying to make a list of bits and pieces to check that the car has to help seal the deal if I need convincing!

Cheers  :happy2:

- Handbook / Service book in a "GTI" ring binder
- 2 Keys
- Tool kit (jack / double ended screwdriver / 10mm spanner / locking wheel nut key / hook tool to remove wheel nut caps)
- 18" space-saver spare wheel
- Plastic removable panel (right hand side of boot behind wheel arch to make a cubby)
- Bottle opener (doubles up as insert for the centre cubby to make cup-holders)

I think that is pretty much the removable bits that might go missing. I assume that's what you mean.

My 07 plate edition 30 has one of those polystyrene wheel well fillers instead of a space saver.

Mine does, has a tyre pump and a bottle of that gear to fill the wheel.

Nice one y'all! Cheers for the input. Decent looking Pirelli in Wales at the moment, priced a bit steep though
