Title: Actuator arm broken helpppp

Hello, my actuator on my turbo the arm which it has screwed into has snapped so the air, is loose and the actuator is screwed into the other 2nd half of the little arm that comes off the manifold it seems like it is welded on could this be fixed with a bolt and nut with a new second piece to go onto the arm which comes off the turbo ....
