Title: rns 510 can bus battery drain

Hi does any1 no what can bus gateway i use for the battery drian issues when fitting a rns510 into a golf 2005 :happy2:

Or any gateway with  a part number ending in L or newer

Ok one other question, is it just plug and play and where does it go or located. im new to all this as u can prob tell :laugh: :laugh:

If its precoded then its a simple swap out plug and play jobbie.

Being 05 its most likely up above the clutch pedal

It's there on my 07 as well.  It's a lot quicker getting at it via the access panel under the wipers!
