Hey y'all,
Thought i'd say hello since getting me a golf. And the loveliest of season's greetings to everyone :)

Let me be the first to say welcome. GTI or not, you're welcome here. We look forward to pics of your motor (not mandatory but it is expected as we love VAGs!).

Hey thanks for the kind replies.
I'm really enjoying the golf at the moment, i've set it up just to throw around for fun and i've got to be fair i think i've hit the sweet spot. All i've added is the inox kw v1 (arch to floor set at 25 inches front and rear) kw front and rear adjustable anti-roll bars (front soft/rear firm) and the WALK. And i had the wheelspecialist.co.uk change the pescara colour to their charcoal/anthracite choice.
I'm 5 foot 11 inches, have my seat set at 3 notches up from the lowest position, run my tyres at 36psi and i only use tesco 99 ron fuel. All in all this combination has given the car such composure and has flattered everyone that's driven it. It accelerates, brakes and changes direction in a beautifully damped flat position and puts a smile on your face every thrash. Such is the lovely power/handling/braking balance, i'm reluctant to go for a map, don't want to spoil this recipe. Got a couple of pics here.
