Title: Engine noise when wet?Help!

Hi all
I have noticed a rotational type noise coming from my engine when starting up 1st thing in the morning. I had the auxiliary belt & tensioner replaced as thought this was the cause.
But since Ive noticed the noise is only there when it is wet/damp & then goes after a minute or two.
I can only come to conclusion rain water is getting onto the auxiliary belt. Does anybody else have or had this issue? HELP!
