Recently car has been feeling laggy, and sounds like its got a dump valve. I replaced a leaky intercooler pipe which i thought was the problem, noise is still there, So guessing the divertor valve has gone, last time i checked it i think it has got the revision G, is there a better one to buy, or should i go for the same one again?

I've been looking loads and reading loads into this, from what I can see the tuners etc all say that the revision G is the best one out of the bunch to get, holds the best boost. Some people change their DV valves once a year with a service.
I was looking into getting the DV+ but even that leaks apparently, so it goes back to the Rev G.

I did read that G was the best but that was sometime ago, i had a quick scout on ebay and one was a D and said it was the latest one?

The D is the gate one, leaks quite a lot that one does, doesn't fail but doesn't hold very well (so I read lol).
I've ordered the Rev G from Awesome, changing once a year ain't no issues.

I live round the corner from awesome, how much was the valve mate cheers

I'd go for the gfb dv+... Loads of happy users and there's been no leak for a couple of years apparently. The old one used to leak but they revised and replaced the crappy old one. New one is awesome imo

You should be set with a version-G.
I've been using an AWE DV( http://www.awe-tuning.com/awe-b8-dv )...it is a vacuum-operated Porsche DV. It has been spot on even when my boost exceeded 25psi with a past tune.

That looks like a good bit of kit. Got a picture of it fitted up? Also, is it for both K03 and K04 turbo engines?

Im just going to go with revision G again,

I'm really surprised so far with what owners are expecting to cover once a year during a service; that's now a £40 DV and a £40 cam follower every 10k excluding basic service items! That's ridiculous.
My old 93 MR2 turbo with 275bhp running an HKS BOV never needs stuff like this!
Surely there is a realistic long term solution for the DV?

You can run both oem or their DV on this DV relocate kit when upgraded from a K03 to a K04, but not sure if their DV will fit where the oem K03 DV is. I would assume it would since both fit the relocate kit, but then there's the location and the heat involved being turbo mounted on a K03.
