Title: New user, can't comment or message in classifieds?

Hi all,
Im having trouble commenting or contacting a user in the classified parts section
Im really interested in the part but i cannot contact him
Any help appreciated

Tag them in a post by using the @ symbol then their username, that will get the attention.

To be able to use the "Contact" button in the classifieds, you need at least 10 posts. Just reply to this one and you're golden!

There are other functionalities that open up after 20, etc, as others have already mentioned.
