From Leicester, I'm really suprisedy ou aren't off to off to @R-tech-Nick (http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=2179) for your map?  :surprised:

Welcome along, there are a few Cupras on here  :innocent:

Better to have the car logged and propperly setup though rather than a generic flash though?

It's convenient to drive in, wait an hour or so for the flash and drive out but you tend to get a bit more out of the custom map & know that it's safe and tailored to get the most from your setup as it's all logged on the dyno / road.

Either way stage one is great and one of the best value for money power increase mods!

Might get a chance to meet up as I'm heading to R-Tech for a custom stage2+ file when my hybrid turbo arrives :)

Am sure it will be all ok.even though you have me worried know. wasn't aware it was just a flash as they said it would take up to 3 hours for mapping.
They do offer a full refund if not happy
I am new to leons. So still learning.
Am only saving around 90 quid in going to amd for map so if I feel uncomfortable or don't like the welcoming they will tell them to leave it
Let us know when your at r tec maybe able to pop and say hello

I don't think you've anything to worry about! Just my opinion that a place more local is better for aftercare & support.  Also that a more custom map done would get the most from your car and be safer due to the logging that's done.

Ive only used Amd for a Dyno run.  They get decent reviews from the South East bunch.

Done any research on R-Tech?

A little.  But as I was looking for someone to do everything and they couldn't then I didn't bother after I found that out.
There were my first call and I had my card out to pay for a cancellation slot last Friday but then I mentioned exhaust and that they said best to get that done first
