As above guys, going to tackle this at the weekend on the edition 30.
Anything to bear in mind in particular?
I read somewhere that you need different/longer bolts/screws to go into the alloy cooler, is this right? Or will my gti bolts/screws work?
Any good how to manuals about?
Cheers

Just watch the a/c pipes don't get stressed like mine did in the photo on my gttdi

I'm also going to be tackling this next week hopefully. You need different bolts for the cooler as the current one uses bigger threads for the current plastic cooler. Through reaserch people suggest M6 x 16mm bolts (I got some stainless from eBay 10 for £2)

Not sure what you hose situation is but I'm re-using my standard GTI good info about how to do it best here:

Wanting to buy so I can get it fitted over weekend.
