Hi all, hope you are well!
:happy2:
Just wanted to quickly introduce myself... I picked up my 2005 Golf GTI last Saturday from Essex with a mate that took me down and couldn't be happier so far. Used to drive a 5dr 2004 MK5 Golf 1.6 FSI in Reflex Silver which was my first car and owned it for around two years and this is a nice step up! After finishing uni and securing a job rather close to home I thought it was time to move up in the world of Golfs deciding to skip the GTs and headed straight for the GTI.
First impressions are good, always have really liked Golfs and can really appreciate the refinement of the car even after just two days of owning it and is certainly a lot quicker than my old FSI.
My favourite bits in the car are:
Full leather seats with fronts heated.
6CD changer under the armrest.
The 18" Monzas refurbished recently in a charcoal-ish grey colour by previous owner.

Seriously looking forward to doing some mods on the car, with the RNS 510 being the first priority as it looks so good!
Thanks for looking
Matt.
