Hey chaps I know this is probs the wrong section sorry about that. Which gateways are free from the battery drain issues when upgrading the headunits. Scanned the car and the gateway came back as 1KO 907 530 H. Will I need to change this. Cheers chaps.

Yep. Will need to be changed. Speak with @Eddie-NL (http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=2345) as he can provide gateways pre coded so it will be plug and play.

Already bought one matey i thought it would need to be changed i was trying to avoid the job. Lol. Cheers for reply.
