I'm after any ideas how to reduce squat
the problem is, i need to maintan my current ride height
since adding quattro 1st and 2nd gear pulls see the exhaust hitting the floor, i'd changed the exhaust design and squeezed it up as much as i could but still scrapes
as above i'm not prepared to raise it up at all as i belive there must be better solutions
current set up is ap touran diesel springs and kw rear shocks
i've thought about passat r36 rear springs but worried about ride hight...
thanks

Stiffer read springs.... more damped rear dampers. Thats about it really.

Put stiffer rear springs in, regarding ride height, get the angle grinder out or use the adjuster.
It will squat a certain amount, not much you can really do to combat 370bhp being launched from 5k. That's a lot of weight to hold down. Other option could be inserting some sort of polyeurethane into the spring to reduce compression, or adjusting the dampers.

Putting something in to "bottom out on" isnt a great idea. a) is will feel sh*t b) is will hinder traction.

the coilovers adjusters are long gone so it's just spring and rubber seats
ideally i'm shooting for rear springs but would have to be ordered new and this car is an unknown so may look face down ass up so i couldn't run that, i know i'll probably have to buy some and end up binning them but trying to think of ways not to do that :signLOL:
the shocks i had to source from an eos as they are shorter than mk5 / touran items so not sure how available uprated shocks are for an EOS

Drop damian @ dpm an email mate he will be able to source you some rear shocks.

just ordered passat R36 rear springs direct from AP that have 70kg extra rear axle load over the touran, we'll see how these fair
if not i'll look into adjustable shocks :happy2:
