Title: Creaking/vibration noise when turning wheel going up hill

I get this creaking/vibration noise coming from the passenger front wheel (I'd say) when going up hill when turning the wheel, it's not loud bit it's there. I'm not sure but the noise might come on when pressing the gas pedal at the same time as going up hill and turning the wheel. Il have to have another drive to check about it happening when pressing the gas.

Any ideas? Please don't be the steering rack!
