Mk6 mfsw into a touran?

Hi there
I have a 2004 touran with the standard 4 spoke non mfsw is this exactly the same as a mk5 golf when it comes to fitting a mk6 mfsw or is a touran different on any way?
Will ANY mk6 mfsw fit my touran or does it have to be a specific type?
Any help would be great I know it's not a mk5 golf but hopefully someone can help me out!
