Polar Fis…

Recently bought and fitted a Polar Fis so I can see more parameters on the car. However I cant seem to get the Polar menu or anything infact up on the screen. Anyone had a similar issue before? All connected properly and all plugs fully inserted!

TIA

first question is do you have a highline MFD? you have to have one to display the polar information.
Without traction power is nothing!

Yeah I’ve got highline MFD. Just nothing I do gets the Polar display up, all connected properly and holding the OK button for 20 seconds to turn it on shows ‘diagnostics connected’ but nothing in the display?

I have a MFSW and just scroll thru the display screens (mpg, radio, navigation etc) and the polar screen will be in there.
if no MFSW then you have to use the right hand stalk to do this.

yeah i have a MFSW but flicking through doesnt bring up the display!

Tried to update the FIS before installing but got and error message on the updater tool saying 'error connecting to server'. Did you have to update yours first? or just plug and play?

did you car actually come with a highline MFD or was it upgraded from a mid line display?
reason I as, is a forum member in the past did the upgrade screen and his polar never worked on the new screen.
as for mine, it was a plug and play install.
