Err don't start  @Paradox1
Still got the fpv and R6 IC to fit on and then the 15mm spacers I've bought. Oh and the big brakes to find or sort out  :P

thanks @ducman77 hopefully this time round it won't cause any issues like the last time  revving high and car not going anywhere slow with high fuel consumption. could have been my dv which was in tatters but now with the gfb dv hopefully all will be well.

I noticed my MPG took a beating after I fitted my RamAir. ECU fuel trims maybe?

Honestly I know nothing about these things!!

I'm going to ask my tuner about it. Will let you know what he says!

Poor performance definitely sounds like DV issue. Hopefully GFB DV+ will sort that right out  :happy2:

Yeah that's the funny thing!!
Mine took an absolute beating after I fitted it so definitely something up!
I only got 280mls out of a full tank. Very unusual!!
We could be onto something here

I got something ridiculously low and did post it up on another thread and usually get 305 + with mixed driving style. Ps now I've got this BCS 3" dp and sports cat with Milltek cat back 2.75" it gone even lower  :surprised: maybe my foot have glued itself to that gas pedal somewhat  :driver:

I'm wondering if maybe it's just my driving style too :rolleye:

With the Decat and the RamAir I have been taking every opportunity to mash the Loud pedal and revel in the whooshing and chattering and the DSG Cracks!!!

They're not farts anymore - they're bloody aggressive bangs. I've had a good few people stop and stare, or wag their fists or whatever

It's equal parts embarrassing and epic all at the same time :happy2:

Unfortunately the Decat has to go though :sad1:

The fumes from the exhaust without a cat are just nasty! The car stinks  Can't drive with Windows down. And the DSG cracks are actually too much!!

I have a 3in high flow Magnaflow for it. And although it's a bit more boring than the full on DeCat. It is MUCH easier to live with. Will refit it this week  :happy2:

Just can't help but put thr right off down hey?.  :signLOL: you mapped?

That's why I didn't go de cat as it's easilly doable. it's a family car so exhaust cracking and popping is going to be an issue with the wife.
The cars too loud as in R32 razzling type of noise WOT so got to get a resonator asap actually next on my list.

Yeah. I had the car mapped in boggo standard form.

Unfortunately it only made 184hp and 200ft/lb on the Dyno in standard trim
After the map it made 224hp and 240ft/lb :happy2:

Since then it's had a 3in TBE, the RamAir and a Peron is going on this month

Then it's back to the mapper for stage 2!

Yeah my car is a family bus too. Hence why DeCat has to go. Was fun while it lasted

Mine has a resonator and it's a perfect compromise. Loud enough to keep me happy but not so much as to get the police/wife's (are they the same person :rolleye:) attention.

You'll be delighted with a good resonator I reckon :happy2:

184hp sounds like a dv leak to me but I know nothing  :P

is yours a tfsi 2.0 ???  224  :surprised: as that sounds odd for a stage 1 as others are getting 250+?.
