Boost gauge looks really good.
What gauge is it? And what wire did you splice into for power?

My car has original ordinary golf headlight non xenon so it has the quarter turn thingy. This is what holds the bulb in place and provides the power to the bulb. I do not have the stainless wire/clip that normally holds in the bulb so as far as i can figure out it cant be done :sad1: Unless of course you have a solution.

now I see what you mean :signLOL: no idea how you'd combat that one unless you buy those ones you've linked tbh. Mine are drop bi xenons and have the metal retaining springs so wasn't too much of an issue.

Thanks mate, its just a cheap one off eBay but me being fussy didn't want no dodgy names like dragon etc so got a plain simply one.
Wire was just linked into the one pictured as it comes on with the ignition.
Rigsby:
Yeah it looks a clean simple dial, I don't want no silly names on one either.
As for the wire, do you simply wrap the wire round the spade of the fuse?
r5gtt:
I wish o didn't sell my newsouth gauge but no point dwelling on the past :signLOL:
Tbh I didn't even wrap it as it was pushed in with the blade fuse
