DSG remap question

(1/3) > >>

Shoduchi:
What version of software most DSGs have in the Edition 30? Does the version of the software relate to any hardware difference, i.e., an older software version means a weaker clutch?

I've seen that APR only remaps Exx and Fxx DSGs. Are Cxx as strong as those? 405 lbft/550 Nm a safe value for all?

@rtechniki @R-tech-Nick @vRSAlex @Keith@APR

Thanks for your help.

Found out on Facebook that Fxx are the worse to remap and make sure they don't slip. :smiley:

I saw the same thing on TFSI tuning FB page.

Paradox1:
How cam you tell which code box you have?

Only a tuner can tell when they connect to the box and do a remap, I think. I only knew after my tuner told me mine was a Cxx.
