It's been sold now finally  :happy2: bought a little bargain alto today to use in the mean time while I search for another mk6 R. Really makes you appreciate just how good the golf is in every way from the power, handling, build quality. The lists goes on. Plus sides its 30 quid a year to tax and runs on fresh air  :drinking:

Why did you sell a Mk6 R to look for another Mk6 R?

Want a higher spec one, mine had cloth seats no cruise no nothing. Think the only options on were the touch screen and the 19" alloys. Hoping for a different colour too and a 3door but if the right car comes up il take the same colour and another 5 door. Just hard to be too picky as you don't dont have many options on the 6R as there just isn't many For sale or even on the road to start with. Wasn't happy with some of the body work either which I never noticed when I bought it.

I used "Sellcar" to sell my mini countryman. Had a shocking experience and would never use again. Some oldbird that looked like aunt Bessie turned up and tried to tell me it needed 3 wheels refurbing plus other nonsence. Little did she know, 2 had been refurbed 3 days previously! Clown! Bessie was shown the door!
Stick to Yorkshire puddings love!

Lease deals are the biggest problem to selling cars privately that are £10000 plus.
