PCV Valve - which revision?

Not uncommon for the cover to crack internally (in the channels that run front to back for the PCV) which causes the same symptoms as a faulty PCV valve.

Do you have the corrugated turbo pipe with check valve part number...long shot I know lol
I’ve got the 06F129101R PCV but do loose oil between servicing
