Some more detail would helpful
When you say blue screen, is this after logging in?
Is this a system crash blue screen?
Or just a blue screen in the browser?
If this is just in the browser you want to clear your browser cache and history.
If this is a system blue crash you should see a code regarding the issue. This will also create a crash dump file, which will be needed to ID the issue.
