Mfsw buttons on sirroco clocks

How do I get all the buttons working on the sirroco clocks. 10 buttons work just the left and right buttons don't and also the auto wipers stop working too. Any ideas? Car is a mk5 golf 2007 gt

Got the buttons working now it's just the auto wipers
